日本ジェネティクス株式会社（本社：東京都文京区、代表取締役社長：山崎一夫）は、日本ジェネティクスヨーロッパ有限会社の
マネージング・ディレクター　ヤーゲン・ルンツァー（Dr.Juergen Luenzer/生化学博士、Managing Director）が取締役として
2020年2月1日付で就任したことをお知らせいたします。
これを機に経営体制の更なる強化を図り、当社の理念『正しく成長し、正しく貢献する。社会から求められる、人間力のある人材集団へ。』
に向け邁進してまいります。

ご挨拶

この度、取締役に就任しましたヤーゲン・ルンツァーです。

2004年に日本ジェネティクスに入社し、その後ドイツに欧州子会社（日本ジェネティクスヨーロッパ有限会社）を
設立する機会をいただきました。
当初はヨーロッパ顧客に向け、人気のある日本製品の販売とマーケティングに重点を置いていましたが、
現在ではそれらに加え、自社製品の開発と生産を開始し、世界に向けて販売しております。

新製品を開発する際に感じるのは、日本とドイツは非常に相性がいいということです。
すでに何度も日本へ訪れていますが、日本の素晴らしさはもちろんのこと、日本の人々からも多くのことを教えていただきました。
私たちは常に日本の研究者の皆様のお声ひとつひとつに耳を傾け、日々製品の改善に努めております。
取締役に任命されたことは私にとって大きな名誉であり、皆様の信頼にお応えできるよう今後も努力いたします。

いずれ日本で皆様にお会いする機会もあると思いますが、その際はぜひライフサイエンス市場と新技術に関する
情報交換ができることを願っております。

My name is Juergen Luenzer and I joined Nippon Genetics in 2004. The management board of Nippon Genetics in Japan have given me the chance to start the European subsidiary in Germany. At the beginning we focused very much on sales and marketing of popular Japanese products to European customers. We still doing that but recently we have started to develop and produce our own products and sell these worldwide. Whenever we like to develop a new product I can feel that Japanese and German mentality fits so well together. During a lot of visits in Japan, I learned so much about this fantastic country and especially the people, which always giving me a warm welcome . We always listening carefully to Japanese researchers and got a lot of ideas how we can improve our products.
Therefore it is a big honour for me to get appointed as a Director of Nippon Genetics in Japan and I really hope I can pay back this trust and support.
Maybe I can see some of you guys during one of my next trips to Japan and I would love to exchange information about Life Science market and new technologies with you.
